Self-test procedure is too difficult

IT seems to me that the reason why only half the coronavirus self-test packs are returned is that they are simply too difficult to use.

I spent two hours on my computer trying to fill in the application without success. So I rang the 919 number and spent 42 minutes providing all the required information.
