Housebuyers make Totnes top market town search
TOTNES has been revealed as the most-searched UK market town in a list compiled by property agents Rightmove.
The list revealed that Totnes scooped top spot with an average house price of £318,924. Its twobedroom flats are priced from around £220,000, while four-bedroom family homes sell for about £400,000.

“We have developed a really interesting and diverse high street which has given it resilience and we’re incredibly proud that ten new businesses opened in the high street.
“We have an amazing heritage from the Anglo-Saxon period, it’s the history and culture coming together that makes Totnes an incredibly beautiful environment.”
Kingsbridge made ninth place in the list of top ten home-hunters most in-demand locations – coming in with an average house price of £373,328.
In second place is Ashbourne in Derbyshire, while in third is Keswick, Cumbria.
