Ahoy! Float your own mini cork boat

You will need: Three 2. Cut a square corks; a wooden of felt to make skewer; felt; a sail and glue; scissors a small triangle of felt to make a flag.

3. To make a mast, measure 1. Glue three corks together in a row. Leave to dry. 1 approximately 12cm from the pointy end of the skewer and snap it (ask an adult to help if necessary).

4. Make small holes at the top and bottom edge of the felt sail and thread it onto the skewer mast. Glue the end of the flag and wrap it around the mast at the top.

5. Poke the pointy end of the skewer into the centre cork. Your boat is ready to float. Why not make two and have a race? You could even add a toy sailor.
