Test two challenges that would unnerve even the most experienced. In an Invention Test with a twist, the contenders showcase as many different textures as possible using a wide ranging larder.
Next, the four chefs must cook for some of the country’s best food critics and writers: Leyla Kazim, William Sitwell and Grace Dent.
With a two-course menu of their own design, this is their chance to catch the eye of three people whose words can make or break careers.
