Remembering victims of abuse

PETALS will be scattered on the River Taw in the centre of Barnstaple to remember all those who have lost their lives to domestic abuse and all those who continue to suffer.

The poignant occasion at 11am on Friday, November 25, on the Square will be hosted by members of Soroptimist International Barnstaple and District, with all welcome to join them and pay their respects.

It is held in partnership with North Devon Against Domestic Abuse on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
