We tend to associate the three-pointed star with BIG ’vans, but the Stanton is just under 6m long. It’s a current model and closely related to the Peugeot-based Nuevo, but with the benefit of rear-wheel drive and a smooth seven-speed automatic transmission. Of course, the Mercedes badge never comes cheap, but this pre-registered two-berth with just 842 miles on the clock has just had a grand knocked off it – and, in the current climate, that’s about as big a discount as you’re likely to see advertised. Its comprehensive spec even includes habitation air-conditioning, but, if the price is too steep, Marquis also currently has a 2017 Stanton with just 6,854 miles recorded for £57,995 – that’s the one we’d go for!
