50% more campervans at February NEC show

-

With the popularity of campervans showing little sign of slowing, the organiser of the upcoming NEC show, which takes place from 22 to 27 February, has confirmed that there will be 50% more new campervans on display than in previous years.

Exhibitors revealing their new campers include major manufacturers, such as AutoSleepers with its new Ford Transit Custombased Air and Auto-Trail with the Expedition 68 (aimed at cyclists), as well as over 20 other campervan converters including CMC Reimo, Devon, RP, Westfalia and WildAx.

As a result of the huge demand for campervans, there will be a new campervan advice area at the show, aimed at helping those who are planning to take their first steps into the world of campervanning.

The Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show will see more than 300 exhibitors across several NEC halls reveal their latest campervans and motorhomes, as well as new accessories, tents, caravans and holiday homes.

Amongst the highlights of the show will be a number of all-new 2022 models on display to the UK public for the first time. These are expected to include Mobilvetta’s new K-Yacht 59, a sub6m A-class.

On the Auto-Trail stand, there will be the chance to look at its brand-new Expedition entry-level coachbuilt range (see this month’s reviews on pages 16 and 20), while Chausson will present its X550 – the star of our

YouTube channel, MotorhomeCampervan.

Coachman, a manufacturer of luxury touring caravans, is launching the Kabe motorhome range from Sweden at the show. And, while Swift is not attending the show, the new Monza pop-top campervan will make its first public appearance on dealer stands.

For What Motorhome readers, there is a special ticket offer for £9.50 at motorhome.ma/ mmm_nec22_offer
