Three cheers for Tracey!
The South Bank Show Sky Arts • 10pm
Comedian Tracey Ullman has had an amazing career since finding fame in the early 1980s in BBC1 sketch show Three of a Kind. Later, she embarked on a short pop career, enjoying hits including They Don’t Know, before crossing the Atlantic, where she was given her own TV show from 1987 to 1990, which included the first appearance of The Simpsons! More recently Tracey has returned to Britain to give us her impersonations of Angela Merkel, Judi Dench and Theresa May on British TV in Tracey Breaks The News and Tracey Ullman’s Show. Tracey, now 58, talks to Melvyn Bragg about her career.
