‘Dawn’s not used to kindness,’ explains Olivia Bromley, who plays her. ‘She thinks Pete wants something back so she tries to kiss him, which doesn’t go down well.’
Lashing out
Dawn then threatens to tell Rhona that Pete tried it on with her! But her nastiness soon backfires, as Pete tells Rhona everything.
‘Rhona confronts her and Dawn is ashamed,’ adds Olivia. ‘She gets defensive and wants to get away.’
However, Dawn’s escape is thwarted by Harriet, who collars her. Then the pair clock each other’s faces… They know each other!
‘Dawn is utterly floored to see Harriet,’ reveals Olivia. ‘They are from totally different worlds and didn’t expect to find themselves in Emmerdale together. There are some shocking revelations to come!’
