Eurovision may be cancelled, but fans of the singing contest can still get their fix. Graham Norton hosts a live vote for viewers to crown their favourite-ever entry from a shortlist compiled by experts and celeb superfans, so expect classic past performances from ABBA and Bucks Fizz! The A-Z of Eurovision (Sat, 10pm).
The annual song contest is cancelled this year – but the show must go on…
Eurovision is here, but not as we know it! This year’s contest has been scrapped due to the coronavirus pandemic, but don’t worry: there will still be plenty of singing and dancing this Saturday night thanks to Eurovision: Come Together – a tribute show hosted by Graham Norton, where we’ll get to vote for our favourite moment of all time.

As well as featuring a countdown of all-time great moments – such as ABBA’s win with Waterloo at the Brighton Dome, Bucks Fizz triumphing with their skirtripping routine and Conchita Wurst wowing the audience – Graham will also chat to James Newman, who was due to represent the UK this year with his song My Last Breath.

After Eurovision: Europe Shine a Light, turn over to BBC2, where superfan Rylan Clark-Neal will be bringing us an exhaustive alphabet of all things Eurovision.
‘As gutted as I am that we won’t be celebrating Eurovision in Rotterdam, I’m very excited at the plans to celebrate here,’ of the competition itself, and promises lots of surprises.
It will be hosted by Dutch presenters Chantal Janzen,
Edsilia Rombley and Jan Smit, who were due to compère this year’s contest in Rotterdam, and Graham will still be on hand to provide commentary for UK viewers over the course of the evening. says Rylan. ‘BBC1 and BBC2 will be having a fantastic party – it’s a great look back. Grab your favourite beverage and get lost in the madness!’
Rylan’s alphabet begins with ABBA and takes us all the way to Måns Zelmerlöw, Sweden’s champion in 2015, who co-hosted the contest the following year.
