Pregnant Rebecca is feeling nervous about the future and whether she will be a good parent, especially after she attends an antenatal class with some super-organised fellow mums-to-be. Can she swallow her pride and listen to the advice of her own mum Alison when they have a heart-to-heart?

★ Michaela Coel leads the cast of BBC1’s 12-part drama I May Destroy You, which explores relationsh­ips, dating and sexual consent. She plays young writer Arabella, who’s known as the ‘voice of her generation’, until she’s sexually assaulted in a nightclub and has to reassess her life.

★ Gregg Wallace is breaking free from the MasterChef kitchen for Channel 5’s Long Weekender with Gregg Wallace. The series will see him on a short break in some of the continent’s best foodie cities, including Rome, Berlin, Barcelona and Amsterdam.

★ If your young children love to dance, then Strictly pro dancer Oti Mabuse will be quickstepp­ing on to CBeebies for Boogie Beebies. Her aim is to get pre-schoolers bopping along to a brandnew dance in each episode.

★ Nicky Campbell and Davina McCall return for a second series of Born Without a Trace on ITV, in which they help more people abandoned as babies unlock the secrets of their past using detective work and DNA technology.

★ Alan Bennett’s Talking Heads, which first aired in 1988 and 1998, is being remade for BBC1 with stars including Imelda Staunton and Lesley Manville. Subjects dealt with include death, guilt, illness and isolation.
