Another murder leads to an investigation across bleak moorland
The dramatic, wintry landscapes of northern England that provide the atmospheric backdrop for ITV crime drama Ridley, starring Line of Duty’s Adrian Dunbar as a troubled ex-cop, gave episode one of the series a distinctive feel.
There’s more of the same in this week’s second investigation, as DI Carol Farman (Bronagh Waugh) calls on her former mentor for assistance with another case when the body of a young woman is found in a shallow grave on a bleak Pennine moorland.
