I am so fed up with all these programmes telling us how to cook food that people can’t afford. One example is C4’s Jamie’s One-pan Wonders – who can afford fish or roast lamb let alone all the spices and herbs? People are struggling with bills and food, as am I these days. Mrs Wendy Towers, Lancs
