After sharing her painful period experiences with her 3.2 million Instagram followers, Jacqueline’s new ITVBE documentary sees her open up about how her condition has impacted on her family, career and well-being. She also investigates what causes painful periods by talking to medical experts and meets other influencers who are on a mission to end period stigma. ‘Periods should not be something we feel embarrassed about,’ she says. ‘The more we talk openly, the more we can start to normalise talking about periods.’
