Legal eagle Andrew starred as an 18thcentury lawyer in BBC1’S Garrow’s Law (pictured). Father figure In ITV thriller Broadchurch, he played the father of a murdered child. Royal connection Andrew was Andrew Parker Bowles, first husband of Queen Consort Camilla, in Netflix’s The Crown.
Andrew stars in the six-part Sky Atlantic drama This England, which looks at how UK politicians, led by then Prime Minister Boris Johnson (Sir Kenneth Branagh), plus medics and scientists, battled against the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Andrew plays Matt Hancock, the then Secretary of State for Health, who was in charge of the NHS response, but came under fire for mistakes made and eventually had to resign for flouting his own lockdown rules.
