What a great drama ITV’S
Ridley was. I wasn’t sure about Adrian Dunbar playing a retired detective so soon after his role in hit cop show Line of Duty, but he was brilliant and Alex Ridley was very different to AC-12’S Ted Hastings. We even saw him singing in the jazz club! I loved the way that Ridley couldn’t resist lending a hand when his old protégée DI Carol Farman asked him to help with a dark murder case. The pair had great chemistry and I was very interested in learning more about the tragedy in Ridley’s past as the series unfolded. Mel Gardner, Surrey
