Lorraine has long been a regular on ITV breakfast shows Good Morning Britain, GMTV and Daybreak.
TV addict Lorraine appears on Celebrity Gogglebox with her daughter Rosie and was a judge on Rupaul’s Drag Race UK. Lorraine looks into why we’re still so interested in World War Two, eight decades after VE Day. In an attempt to separate fact from fiction, she meets historical experts who tell her stories of breathtaking bravery. She hears all about women’s roles in the war and learns the realities of being a young evacuee. Lorraine finds out more about the Home Guard, and after extensive research, she joins fellow series presenters Harry Hill, Reginald D Hunter, Suggs, Liza Tarbuck and Chris Packham to discuss her findings.
