AINSLEY’S WORLD CUP FLAVOURS
11.40am, ITV
In the lead-up to the men’s football World Cup in Qatar, cheeky chef Ainsley Harriott brings us this special series that combines his two great passions in life – football and food! Each week, he invites a squad of football managers, players and celebrity footy fans to sample some tasty dishes he’s created, including a special ‘half-time pie’! The Arsenal fan also cooks dishes with an international flavour inspired by some of the upcoming World Cup matches. On the menu this week is an Argentinian bavette steak that Ainsley prepares for ex-england manager Sam Allardyce and ITV Sport host Mark Pougatch. Meanwhile, Olly Murs (above, with Ainsley) drops in to the kitchen to make a German doner kebab.
