Dog’s strife

I have been watching BBC2’S Saving Lives at Sea and I’m becoming very annoyed at how often the brave RNLI crews have to risk their lives rescuing people’s dogs who’ve swum out to sea or run off a cliff! If people love their dogs so much, then maybe they should keep them under control or on a lead while walking along the coastline? Colin Roberts, Essex
