Family reunion!
Charley and Mariette return from honeymoon in the nick of time…
They say married life changes you, and viewers will notice the Mariette who comes home this week looks different to the bride who headed off on honeymoon! The reason, of course, is that the role, previously played by Sabrina Bartlett, has been taken over by Joelle Rae.
And with love-struck Primrose (Lydia Page) in need of guidance, and Pop (Bradley Walsh) having legal problems, the reunion is very timely!
‘The Larkins are in a mess,’ admits Joelle. ‘And there’s anger 8 WHAT’S ON TV because Ma has been withholding something.’ On the plus side, Pop’s predicament gives Charley (Tok Stephen) a chance to shine. ‘Charley is good with red tape, because he used to be a taxman,’ says Tok. ‘And now, the thing that was constricting him is going to help!’
