SUSAN CALMAN’S GRAND DAY OUT

Susan heads to Yorkshire this week and finds some hidden gems. She drops in at Oakworth Station, home to 1970s classic film The Railway Children, before heading to Shibden Hall (above), where Gentleman Jack was set. Then it’s on to Bolton Abbey before stopping off at Britain’s highest inn, where she enjoys a cup of tea!
