Freddie Flintoff gets a reluctant Jason Manford to embrace the great outdoors by taking him on a wild adventure in Snowdonia. The pair will trek from the coast of North Wales to the summit of Snowdon on a trip that sees them camping on a cliff ledge 20m above the waves, catching lobsters, trying wild swimming and herding sheep.
