Superheroes!
The first episode of BBC1’S SAS Rogue Heroes was so good that I simply had to binge-watch the whole thing on BBC iplayer! Telling the story of the creation of the SAS in North Africa during World War Two, the drama was gripping from start to finish. The whole cast were great, but I particularly enjoyed Jack O’connell’s stellar performance
as the enigmatic and charismatic Paddy Mayne. Well done to Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight for writing a real gem of a show! Colin Davies, Tyne and Wear
