New arrivals
‘Winter is one of the most challenging times for farmers and also a key time – it’s about getting ready for the spring months when sheep will lamb and horses will foal,’ says Jules.
As well as regular favourites such as Emma the Highland cow, miniature pony Jon Bon
Pony and Gary the donkey, viewers will see some new additions to the farm this season.
‘Sadly we lost Jeffrey, one of the reindeers,’ says Jules. ‘So Rob and Dave went to
Ireland to find reindeer
Prince a new friend.’
Meanwhile, JB Gill and Dr Amir Khan are taking to the road to meet people who love the great outdoors, including Harrison Ward,
AKA The Fell Foodie, who enjoys cooking on top of some of England’s most beautiful mountains.
‘I love when it’s crisp and cold, and one of my favourite parts of the show is championing local producers and artisans,’ says Helen, who’s been competing on this year’s Strictly.
‘Whether it’s crafting, baking or brewing, we celebrate the best of British and enjoy delicious food and a good tipple!’
