After being beaten up by a patient’s boyfriend the day before, Stevie wakes in distress and scolds mentee Paige at work for ordering a scan for a patient. But when it shows a tumour, Stevie doesn’t apologise.
Later, as Stevie has flashbacks, she rejects Paige’s sympathy. After the cold shoulder, Paige sedates a patient on her own, with awful consequences…
