What advice does Pauline have for other family historians?

I would strongly advise researchers to be very wary when viewing other people’s family trees online, as I have found many errors on them. For example, ‘my’ Alice has been linked to the wrong family on several trees I have seen.

You should also try to crossreference as much information as you can, and think outside the box when necessary.
