Yorkshire family history societies join forces

Wharfedale Family History Group and Keighley Family History Society in Yorkshire celebrated a merger on 1 January 2019, forming the Airedale and Wharfedale Family History Society. Both societies were created in the 1980s, and between them published almost 500 record sets. The new society has three branches – Keighley, Threshfield and Burley in Wharfedale.
