You can upload to this database for free, but your data is used for medical and other research. The site offers a chance to connect to others on the database, as well as the latest ethnicity algorithms.

This site allows uploads and downloads of raw data, although there is a charge for uploads.
MyHeritage

My Heritage differentiates between a number of Jewish ethnicities. You can order a test or upload your DNA data to its database. There is also a Chromosome Browser that lets you look for shared segments across groups of matched cousins.
