WW2 RAF record books added to TheGenealogist
Family history site TheGenealogist ( thegenealogist.co.uk) has added more than 1.8 million Royal Air Force Operations Records Books from the Second World War to its collection. TheGenealogist is in the process of digitising all of the records from series AIR27 at The National Archives in Kew. The books record the movements of different squadrons and include accounts of encounters with the enemy and crashes, as well as the names of pilots and support staff.
