Archives win digitisation grants worth £3,000
Digitisation firm TownsWeb Archiving has awarded archives grants of £3,000 to help them digitise their collections. The winning collections, announced on 9 December, are amateur football team Corinthian-Casuals FC’s collection of historic programmes and newsletters; Liverpool Cathedral’s archive of architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott’s drawings and blueprints; and the Merton Heritage and Local Studies Centre’s photographic archive.
