NOW STREAMING

Many of us don’t now watch TV ‘live’. Instead, we bingewatch favourite series or catch up with much-loved programmes at a convenient time. Reflecting this, we plan to highlight a genealogyrelated series every issue going forward, and where else could we begin than with Who Do You Think You Are?.

There’s an enormous archive of episodes to explore on BBC iPlayer, an archive that ran to 53 episodes as we went to press. The earliest of these dates from series 12 (2015), when Paul Hollywood, Gareth Malone, Anne Reid, Derek Jacobi and Anita Rani were among the celebrities tracing their family histories.
