Chance to try bio gym

SLOUGH: Absolutely Fitness gym is offering a seven-day free pass in January and February to try its new gym technolog y.

BioCircuit uses smart software to run a guided 45-minute workout for toning, weight loss and strength gain. It needs no adjustments, making it fast and flexible.

Absolutely Fitness, in Leigh Road, on the Slough Trading Estate, is one of the first gyms in the country to use BioCircuit.

“The Bio-Circuit is perfect for anyone who isn’t overly confident in what they are doing,” said Chris Hotton, manager of Absolutely Fitness Slough.

“With all the confusing advice given this time of year on the different ways to be fit, we are glad to be simplifying exercise in our gyms.”
