Man, 74, dies near railway bridge

TAPLOW: A 74-year-old man from Burnham has died following a fear for welfare incident near Taplow railway bridge.

Emergency services were called to the scene at 12.08pm on Tuesday with officers closing a stretch of Bath Road in both directions.

Thames Valley Police said the death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.

The man’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.
