The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrate­s’ courts from March 15 — March 20

VIQAS AHMED, 37, of Stour Close, Slough was banned from driving for six months, fined £120 and told to pay £114 costs when suspected of being in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a lab test in December 27 in Banbury.

RHY CLIFFORD, 22, of Bodmin Avenue, Slough was banned from driving for one year, fined £80 and told to pay £114 costs for drug driving in Slough on August 15.

IQRAR IQBAL, 35, of Stoke Poges Lane, Slough was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, and told to pay £213 costs for drug driving, driving whilst disqualifi­ed and without insurance in Slough on July 16.

KAMAAL DAVIS, 20, of Canterbury Avenue, Slough was given a one-year conditiona­l discharge and told to pay £107 costs for possessing an offensive weapon, namely a black metal kosh in Slough on February 1.

DELROY ROSE, 23, of Mead Avenue, Slough was given a one-year conditiona­l discharge and told to pay £107 costs for possessing cocaine in Slough on September 7.

BARTOSZ MACIJEWSKI, 37, of Ellis Avenue, Slough was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £80 and told to pay £119 costs for drink driving in Slough on February 3.

ALI AHMED, 21, of Hazlemere Road, Slough was fined £80 and told to pay £114 costs for obstructin­g a constable in the execution of his duty in Slough on February 3.

PAUL WEBSTER, 51, of Upton Park, Slough, was given a 14week prison sentence, suspended for one year, and told to pay £250 compensati­on for three counts of stealing coats from Marks and Spencer in Windsor on August 16, 22 and 23 and failing to surrender to custody in Slough on March 8.

DOMINIC DAWKINS, 44, of Langley Road, Slough, was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for one year, and told to pay £236.97 compensati­on for going equipped for theft in Slough on November 13, failing to surrender to custody in Slough on January 14 and March 12, handling stolen goods in Slough between June 25-26, 2019 and three counts of fraud by false representa­tion in Slough on June 26, 2019.

WILLIAM MESSENGER, 39, of Grove Road, Windsor was banned from driving for one year, fined a total of £195 and told to pay £119 costs for drugdrivin­g and using a vehicle without insurance in Winnersh on August 11.

LEWIS BROWN, 31, of Dawley Ride, Poyle, was banned from driving for one year, fined £461 and told to pay £746 costs for failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Maidenhead on July 27.

FEISAL KHAN, 40, of Grampian Way, Slough, was fined £660, told to pay £9.90 compensati­on and £124 costs for entering a train station without passing through the barrier in the correct way and travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Reading on October 13.

SIMON BOWEREN, 49, of Priory Road, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £10.20 compensati­on and £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on October 22.

LORENZO IONESCU, 18, Spackmans Way, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £9.90 and to pay £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Reading on October 12.

NAUREEN SAED, 39, of Vansittart Road, Windsor, was fined £440, told to pay £11.50 compensati­on and £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Reading on November 12.

MUNIR ZUBAIR, 43, of Wellesley Road, Slough, was fined £440, told to pay £8.60 compensati­on and £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying on October 7.

WARREN GRICE, 53, of Bath Road, Cippenham, was given a one-year community order and told to pay £180 costs for cannabis and heroin possession, obstructin­g or resisting a police officer, driving without a licence and without in insurance in Windsor on December 15.

PATRYCJA SOROKA, 26, of Lowestoft Drive, Slough, was given a one-year community order, told to pay £50 compensati­on and £180 costs for assault by beating of a police officer in Maidenhead on September 20.

ZEBA BHATTI, 27, of Northern Road, Slough, was given a 36month driving ban, and told to pay £180 costs for drink driving and driving whilst disqualifi­ed in Slough on December 19.

BILLY HICKS, 28, of Common Road, Slough, was given a twoyear community order, a oneyear driving ban and told to pay £180 costs for driving while disqualifi­ed and without insurance in Slough on September 24 and October 8.

SEAN GIBBON, 36, Odencroft Road, Slough was banned from driving for one year, fined £307 and told to pay £114 costs for drink driving in Cookham on January 31.
