The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrates’ courts from March 22 — 27
VALENTIN OBAGEL, 34, of Cippenham Lane, Slough, was banned from driving for 23 months, fined £500 and told to pay £135 costs for drink-driving in Wokingham on February 20.
PAUL MURPHY, 35, of Ramblers Lane, Slough was given an 18week prison sentence and told to pay £122 costs for theft from a motor vehicle and vehicle interference in Slough on March 20.
FLORIN NEGRUT, 23, of Alexandra Road, Slough, was given a one-year conditional discharge and told to pay £107 costs for cannabis possession in Slough on October 18.
WAJAHAT HUSSAIN, 32, of High Street, Slough, was fined £300 and told to pay £2,534 costs for failing to ensure food was protected against contamination and failing to ensure adequate procedures were in place to control pests at Slough Store and Halal Meat Ltd on October 15.
MATTHEW JOHNSON, 24, of Duncroft, Windsor, was banned from driving for 18 months, told to pay £590 costs and given a oneyear community order for dangerous driving, failing to stop when required to do so by a police constable and driving without insurance in Windsor on November 18, 2019.
ASHTON MEADE, 33, of Ladbrooke Road, Slough, was given a two-year community order, a two-year restraining order, told to pay £2,000 compensation and £180 costs for common assault and criminal damage in Slough on May 25.
FILLIM ELEZI, 35, of Meadfield Road, Slough, was given eight points on his licence, fined £250 and told to pay £119 costs for driving without insurance in Slough on September 25.
MOHAMMED AKBAR, 28, of James Street, Windsor, was fined £110 and told to pay £34 costs for possessing cocaine in Slough on January 7.
SUKHNAM KHONDHU, 22, of Royston Way, Slough, was banned from driving for 15 months, fined £392 and told to pay £124 costs for drugdriving in Slough on August 10.
ERNESTAS STACKONIS, 30, of Cowper Road, Slough, was banned from driving for 21 months, fined £576 and told to pay £143 for drinkdriving in Slough on February 5.
