Mega Makers fun event
Nearly 35 P1-P7 pupils in Coltness attended a five-day Mega Makers Holiday Club, organised by St Mark’s Parish Church.
The five-day holiday club was attended by both children and also adult volunteers who ensured the event was enjoyed by everybody .
Spread across three activity sections, which were held in three different areas of the church, the large number of pupils could experience each section between the hours of 10.30am and 12.30pm.
After working up a hard-earned appetite, a lunch was served to each child in attendance for a very reasonable £1.
St Mark’s Minister, Reverend Graham Austin, said:“I was very encouraged by the response from the Coltness community to our efforts to build up a Holiday Club atmosphere in the church. The course content aimed to show children and adults the width, height and depth of God’s love, and we are grateful to the volunteers .”
