Man must wait as case is put back
A Wishaw man will have to wait until next month to learn his fate after kicking doors at a woman’s house.
Brian Hoey, of Langholm Crescent, pleaded guilty to the charge against him in February relating to an incident at a property in Elison Court, Motherwell.
On February 20 this year, 25-year-old Hoey turned up at the home uninvited and , after repeatedly kicking the doors, shouted, swore, demanded entry and refused to leave when asked to do so.
At Hamilton Sheriff Court last week, the case was continued until April 25.
