Man admits attack onwomaninstreet

A man has admitted assaulting a woman inwishaw.

William Reilly, of Hill Court, pushed his victim on the head during the incident inwishaw Main Street on October 28.

Reilly admitted the charge when he appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court last week.

The 42-year-old also pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening manner in the A&E department of University Hospitalwishaw on December 17 last year.

Reilly repeatedly shouted, swore, made offensive remarks and struck a door. He will be sentenced on November 29.
