Made4u in ML2 invite members of the community to join them for the group’s annual general meeting on Thursday, November 22, in the centre in Greenfield Drive. Winter Warmer event will take place at the Made4u centre in Greenfield Drive, Wishaw on Saturday, December 1, from noon till 3pm. Saturday, cabaret and dancing in concert hall with top duo, Omni and Bradley Paul. Bingo, snowball of £150 and treasure chest. Monday, dancing to Johnny Weir plus bingo and Slimming World class at 7.30pm on Tuesdays. Bookings are now being taken for party nights - dancing to Family Affair; tickets are £22 per person. Lunch club continues in the church halls on between 11.30am and 12.45pm on Fridays, and welcomes new members; contact Irene Anderson on 01698 359079 for further information. Parents’ and toddlers’ group meets on Wednesday mornings between 9.30am and 11.30am, new members are welcome. Girls’ Brigade meets on Wednesday evenings in the church halls. Explorers runs at 6.15-7.15pm, Juniors at 7-8pm and Brigaders from 7.30-9pm. Boys’ Brigade Junior section for P4-P6S meets at 7-9pm on Monday evenings, and on Tuesday evenings Anchor Boys for P1-P3 gather in the large hall at 6-7pm. The Company section for P7-S6S is in the church halls from 7.15-9.15pm on Friday evenings. All boys and girls in these age groups are welcome to join any of the above companies. Choir practise is on Thursdays at 7.30pm, and new members will be made most welcome. The guild meets on Tuesdays at 7.15pm. Both ladies and gents will be made most welcome. Men’s club gather on Wednesdays at their usual time of 7.15pm, and new members are welcome.
