Threatening behaviour
A man has been sent to prison after behaving in a threatening manner at a house in Motherwell.
Christopher Mulholland, 32, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court last week and pleaded guilty to shouting, swearing, gesticulating and making offensive remarks to a woman.
The offence took place at a property in Dechmont Avenue on November 20.
Sheriff Alastair Macfadyen sentenced Mulholland, of Morven Avenue, Blantyre, to 60 days behind bars.
