Spring in their step over festive period fun & games
A Motherwell care home’s residents enjoyed a packed festive period.
Parksprings activities co-ordinator Rosie Brennan oversaw an event-filled two weeks, which included a rousing performance from the Kings Church choir.
As well as visits from Santa, family and friends, pupils from Clydeview School and tots from Fir Tree Nursery also dropped in to share some Christmas spirit.
There was also a panto version of Jack and the Beanstalk thanks to Roving Productions.
It wasn’t all just fun and games, as one of the home’s carers Lindsay organised a collection from staff and families for the local foodbank to help spread the Christmas message.
Rosiewas delighted with the events held at the care home.
She said: “It was a wonderful time of the year for all of our residents.
“A big thanks to everyone who came in to help make the season so special for all of us.”
