-

THE 29th Wokingham Fireworks parade is getting ever closer and programmes are now on sale.

Entry to the family-friendly event is by programmes and they are cheaper to buy ahead of Saturday, November 4.

The event starts at 6pm with a procession from outside Shute End council offices. It will once again be led by Saint Sebastian Brass Band and headed up by the borough and town mayor and winners of a children’s drawing contest.

There will be a fun fair and food stalls in Cantley Park ahead of the bonfire and fireworks.

Torches can be bought from a stall on the night.

They can also be bought online from the new Wokingham Fireworks website.
