A WOMAN from Wokingham has been fined £500 for failing to provide a breath specimen.
Lisa Type, 27, of Blenheim Close, appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on October 16 where she pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Loddon Valley Police Station on July 29 this year.
Miss Type was fined £500, ordered to pay a surcharge of £50, costs of £85, and was banned from holding a licence for 12 months.
A MAN from Wokingham has admitted breaching a nonmolestation order.
Ryan Lewis Crafts, 24, of Neptune Close, appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on October 16 where he admitted contacting a woman via text and electronic message between October 6 and 13, despite being prohibited from doing so by Reading Family Law Court on September 4.
Mr Crafts was given a conditional discharge for 12 months; made the subject of a restraining order prohibiting him from contacting the woman directly or indirectly until October 15 2018; and ordered to pay a surcharge of £20.
A MAN from Earley is due to appear in court charged with speeding.
Aaron Stone, 38, of Wheelton Close, is charged with driving at 65mph in a 50mph zone in Newport, Wales, on February 13 this year.
The case has been adjourned to December 11 at Reading Magistrates’ Court for the trial.
A WOMAN from Charvil is due to appear in court charged with failing to comply with a community order.
Natasha Louise George, 30, of Fairway Drive, is charged with failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 9, 2016, by failing to behave acceptably on March 21 this year. Miss George denies the charge.
She has been remanded on unconditional bail to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on November 27.
A MAN from Winnersh has pleaded guilty to three counts of sending indecent or offensive messages.
Abdul Khan, 22, of Goddard Court, appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on October 17 where he was made the subject of a community order. Mr Kahn had previously pleaded guilty to the three charges, which related to incidents in Reading on May 2, 2016; November 20, 2016; and between December 1 and December 31, 2016.
Mr Khan was made the subject of a community order requiring him to participate in a rehabilitation requirement for up to 20 days;and to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He was also made the subject of a restraining order, banning him from contacting two people directly or indirectly until October 16, 2019.
Mr Khan was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £85, and costs of £85.
A MAN from Earley has been fined £100 for possessing cocaine.
Robert David Potter, 43, of Chiltern Crescent, appeared at
Reading Magistrates’ Court on October 17 where he admitted possessing a controlled Class A drug in Reading on June 21 this year.
Mr Potter was fined £100, and ordered to pay a surcharge of
£30. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.
A MAN from Finchampstead has pleaded guilty to driving offences.
Ionut Silviu Cordonasu, 21, of Park Lane, appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on October 18 where he pleaded guilty to driving while over the alcohol limit in Sandhurst on September
21; driving without insurance; and failing to surrender to custody at Slough Magistrates’ Court on October 6.
Mr Codonasu was fined a total of £306; ordered to pay a surcharge of £30, and costs of £85. He was also banned from holding a licence for 14 months.
A MAN from Wokingham has pleaded guilty to assault.
Kaine Brandon Smith, 21, of Sirius Close, appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on October 18 where he admitted assaulting a man in Wokingham on June 4 this year.
Mr Smith was made the subject of a community order, requiring him to participate in a rehabilitation requirement for up to 20 days, and 100 hours of unpaid community work within the next 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation; a surcharge of £85; and costs of £85.
