WOW, the five-week mini-series is over and what a journey it has been. The thing that has got me going these last few weeks has been the response from our great readers.

Wokingham is not a big place and it is amazing to see the people that this paper reaches and more specifical­ly how this actual mini-series has affected people.

Again, let’s have a recap over the last five weeks then:

What do you really want?

What is important about it?

How will you get it?

What is preventing you from achieving it?

What measures can you put in place to assess the outcomes?

When it comes to answering the questions above, it can unearth so many answers and so many insights. Now, I actually see these insights from my clients on a regular basis and it is great to see but to hear that the readers are also experienci­ng these insights is just WOW, WOW, WOW!

So what are some examples of the insights I have been receiving:

“I thought that I actually wanted to lose weight when I really wanted to be the same weight but just fitter.”

“Improving my running time has always been a goal of mine but after doing the last few weeks and carrying out the exercises, I have realised it is more about being the best that I can be and being happy.

“My old trainer made me do long runs when I hated doing long runs. I now do shorter workouts as they work for me and I feel less stressed as they are easier to fit in during the week since having kids.”

“I used to think that my job was the problem. I now know that the job is fine, it is my time management that is the main issue. Hopefully in 2018 I can get on top of this.”

“I used to set goals and then just deviate away from the goal weeks later. Having you in the back of my mind has meant I am more focused, love it.”

“Focusing on me and not the outside world is something that I have never really done, thanks Chris, my head feels more on point, really enjoying life.”

“I have always made excuses, not anymore, I am in control of my destiny and then I can really mean business. Here’s to a great end to the year.”

“Diet is such a negative word. Since reading the column and since focusing on me, I have been reframing the word DIET to ENERGY USE. I now feel less pressured to be the best I can be, thanks coach.”

What insights have you been receiving? What questions have you been answering? Why don’t you start believing and acting as if it was impossible to fail?

You are capable of amazing things.

Don’t be afraid to be amazing.

Don’t miss out on something that could be amazing just because it could also be difficult.

Use this mini-series to end your year on a high, make it amazing, make it about YOU.

Last week I promised to share with you how my own clients have used the system above to get them from A to B in a fast amount of time being laser-focused.

The successful warrior is the average man with laser like focus.

Focus like a laser and not a flashlight.

Don’t listen to what people say… listen to what they do.

So what are you going to do?

My client, let’s call him Matt, did lots of thinking and then followed it up with lots of action and lots of DOING.

WHAT DID HE WANT? He wanted to be energised and less fatigued throughout the week.

WHAT WAS IMPORTANT ABOUT IT? He has a company he is running that puts a roof over around 50 employees’ heads and their families, he wanted to be more successful and put a roof over a 100 families.

HOW DID HE DO IT? If you always work out and drive a car at maximum speed and never slow down, the car is going to blow.

We scheduled meditation time, alone time and recovery training sessions to get his cortisol levels down and his calmness up.

This combined with some of our M.O.R.N.I.N.G formula work and he smashed it.

WHAT WAS PREVENTING MATT FROM ACHIEVING THE VISION? An apparent lack of time and also a lack of knowledge of recovery techniques were seen as a problem; we turned this into an opportunit­y and bossed both issues.

WHAT MEASURES DID WE PUT IN PLACE? Aiming for 10 minutes of daily guided meditation using one of our trusted apps was key and was put in place straight away.

We also aimed to watch a funny or motivation­al video clip every day before he left the house or at least before he got to work.

Has Matt increased his staff levels to 100 yet? No, he hasn’t but I tell you what, he is well on the way and is ending the year the way he wants to start 2018.
