New faces join Blandy & Blandy’s team

BLANDY & Blandy LLP’s commercial property team has welcomed solicitors Rachel Swan (third from left) and Geena-Mae Bucknall (far right), while Olivia Foster (second from left) has been promoted to become a legal assistant.

Ms Swan said: “I am thrilled to join Blandy & Blandy’s team, which has a longstandi­ng reputation in the region and beyond. I have no doubt that working with such skilled and experience­d lawyers will further enhance my own knowledge and experience, while enabling me to work on a wide variety of interestin­g projects.”

While Ms Bucknell added: “I am delighted to be starting my career as a solicitor at such a successful and highly reputable firm. I look forward to getting involved in some interestin­g and challengin­g work and to working within the outstandin­g Commercial Property team here at Blandy & Blandy.”

The firm’s growing employment team has also welcomed a new solicitor, Rachel Mulvany (far left), who joins having trained and qualified at another leading Thames Valley firm.

Ms Mulvany said: “I am excited to join Blandy & Blandy’s Employment team; everyone at the firm has been extremely welcoming.

“As a junior lawyer, the vast experience of the other solicitors in the department, and their expertise in additional areas ranging from business immigratio­n to venue licensing, presented an opportunit­y which was impossible to turn down.”

And Laura Evans recently joined the Probate, Tax & Trusts team upon qualificat­ion, whilst experience­d Family solicitor Collette Bailey has joined the firm as a consultant.
