Troy flying high with launch of Re/Max Experts

STARTING his career in South Africa, Troy worked as a Stock Broker before moving into the recruitment industry.

As the owner of a successful recruitment agency, he dealt extensively with corporate clients in both the retail and healthcare sectors.

While involved in recruitment, Troy was able to branch out and start a property development company called Quake Projects, which was later formed into KoR Developments, a business which marketed, sold and managed turn-key new homes.

It was during this time that Troy realised his passion for all things property from architecture to seeing it develop, change and mould into something great.

With his love for property and his desire to work with people, it seemed only natural that the next progression in his career would be in the real estate industry.

Troy completed his board exam with the Estate Agency Affairs Board in South Africa, qualifying as a Certified Estate Agent.

To gain further real estate knowledge he also completed a certificate in the Fundamentals of Real Estate. Having seen the strength of the RE/MAX brand in South Africa, Troy sought out RE/MAX when he made the decision to move to the United Kingdom, becoming the owner of RE/MAX Experts, an Intro Franchise specialising in residential property sales and lettings in the local area.

A motivated, self-starter, Troy places integrity and honesty above all else.

He wants to raise the bar for property professionals in the UK and provide an unparalleled client service experience.

As a good listener, Troy can communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. His professional disposition, never-give-up attitude and excellent communication skills have served his clients well, as he is able to effectively determine their needs and assist them to find the right solution to meet their criteria.

He believes that any problem can be solved with the right attitude, time and a good espresso.
