At the event, Bracknell Gymnastics Club were joined by a magical Snow King and Queen, LED drummer band, Spark! and world-travelled fire dance show, FlameOz.

There was also a firework show set to music from the rooftops and a finale featuring the Reading Gospel Choir.

Now though, the foucs in on the groups that will be appearing at the Bracknell shopping centre from this Saturday.

Youngsters from Platform YP, fresh from the Edinburgh Festival appearance earlier this year, will perform outside Boots from 11am on Saturday. In the afternoon, Singhealthy Choir will then take up residence in the same spot from 3pm.

The stars of South Hill Park’s pantomime Dick Whittington will appear on Saturday, December 8 from 11am.

And there’s also fun for children: The Lexicon is offering The Elf Academy for youngsters aged three to 10. They can take part by completing arts and craft tasks set by the Head Elf. Located on The Avenue next to Patisserie Valerie, sessions will take place on Saturdays 1, 8 and 15 December.
