STAFF at an Earley-based digital solutions company are celebrating after it was named as one of the country’s best places to work.

Foundation SP won the Medium-sized business category of this year’s Great Place To Work awards.

And it’s not all that unusual for the company: it has previously scooped the accolade four times

Based at the Enterprise Centre at the University of Reading’s Earley Gate campus, it has been recognised having been crowned as winners of the Small Business category in both 2016 and 2017, finishing as runners-up in 2018.

Simon Grosse, chief executive officer of Foundation SP, was delighted with the accolade.
