Clifton Ingram acquires specialist residential property law firm Sloan Solicitors
EFFECTIVE 2nd January 2024, Sloan Solicitors, a distinguished specialist in domestic property law situated in Wokingham, will be integrated into Clifton Ingram following a sale agreement.
Highly ranked in the Legal 500, Clifton Ingram are a leading full-service legal firm, recognised for delivering comprehensive legal counsel to businesses and individuals throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey, and Hampshire. Sloan’s equally outstanding reputation in Wokingham makes this an amalgamation of two esteemed local entities.
The official transition is scheduled for the 2nd of January, after which all employees from Sloan Solicitors will have relocated to the Clifton Ingram Wokingham office, on Broad Street. For existing clients of both firms, it is important to note that operations will continue without disruption.
Established in 2006 by Peter Sloan, Sloan Solicitors holds a substantial presence in the Wokingham community, specialising in property law.
