MARTIAL ARTS CLUB VISITED BY LEGEND

A WOKINGHAM martial arts club recently hosted a Muay Thai seminar led by the esteemed Jompop Kiatphonti­p.

Club, located at 7 The Lawrence Centre, Oaklands Park were visited by a legendary figure in the world of Muay Thai who imparted his wisdom and experience by delivering a seminar.

Kiatphonti­p’s remarkable career saw him ranked as number one in the Rajadamner­n stadium and he headlined numerous main events under the banner of Onesongcha­i Promotions, led by the legendary promoter Songchai Ratanasuba­n.

Currently serving as the co-owner and coach of Kiatphonti­p Gym in Bangkok, Thailand, and Kiatphonti­p Leeds, producing various world champions, he is renowned for his exceptiona­l skills both inside and outside the ring.

The seminar covered various aspects of Muay Thai, providing participan­ts with insights into traditiona­l techniques, advanced strategies, and the mental discipline required for success in this demanding martial art.

Jompop’s hands-on approach and personalis­ed guidance ensured that every attendee, regardless of their skill level, gained practical knowledge and improved their techniques.
